The Regional Promotion Land Mobile Communication System is a communication system licensed to organizations aimed at promoting local industries and improving the lives of local residents. It is licensed to local public entities, agricultural cooperatives, chambers of commerce, and third-sector organizations.
The radio devices (terminals) communicate via base stations (relay stations). Additionally, the base stations have a Multi-Channel Access (MCA) function that instructs terminals requesting calls on which channels can be used for communication. This allows for clear calls without interference from others over a wide area.
